We recommend using the Google Password Manager to store your passkeys.
On Android devices, the passkey is usually stored in the Google Password Manager — provided it is set up as the default option.
If you use a different password manager (e.g., Samsung Pass), the passkey can be stored there instead — as long as you have set that manager as the default for “autofill” in your settings.
Example using a Samsung device:
Settings → General management → Passwords, passkeys and autofill → Select preferred service
Set preferred service
In this menu, you can choose which service to use (e.g., Google or Samsung Pass).
If you want to use the Google Password Manager, select Google as the preferred service.
Please contact the support team if you would like detailed instructions for your Android device.
To use passkeys for authentication in Kaia Back Pain, make sure that passkeys are already activated on your device.
Alternatively, you can set up passkeys using Samsung Pass:

Once Samsung Pass is set up and activated, you can create a passkey for Kaia Back Pain. After signing in with your email and password in the Kaia app, the passkey setup assistant should start automatically.
If an error message appears, close the Kaia app and restart your device.
