To use passkeys for authentication in Kaia Back Pain, please make sure that:
the iCloud Keychain feature is enabled in your settings, and
two-factor authentication is activated for your Apple ID.
You can then log in to Kaia Back Pain using your email and password. The setup assistant for the passkey should start automatically.
Passkey setup is available starting with iOS version 16.4. The passkey is stored directly in your iCloud Keychain.
Beginning with iOS version 18, your passkey will be stored in Apple’s new Passwords app. Alternatively, you can use another password manager, but the Passwords app is directly linked to your iCloud Keychain.
If an error message appears, close the Kaia app and restart your device.
