I can’t log in. What can I do?

If you can’t log in, please follow these steps:


  1. First, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
  2. If you have already used the Kaia Health app, click on “Log into existing account” and enter your email address and password. Please make sure that you are using the correct email address.
  3. If you cannot remember your password, please click on “Forgot Password” directly below the input fields. You will then receive an email to reset your password (please also check your spam folder!).
  4. Log in with your new password and you can start your daily Kaia training.
