I canceled my subscription. Why am I still getting emails?

When you cancel your subscription to your Kaia app, while you will no longer have access to your Kaia app programs after your subscription expires, your information remains in our system. To no longer receive emails from Kaia, click “Unsubscribe here” at the bottom of the Kaia Health email. You can also reach out to our Kaia Customer Support and request that your account be deleted from our system.
