If you wish to export your personal data in your Kaia app, you can do so via the settings in the app. To perform the data export, please go to the "Progress" tab, then "Settings" in the upper right hand corner. Choose "Manage your data" and then select one of the following options: "Export your data as PDF" or "Export your data as JSON", depending on the data format you desire.
