- First, check your wifi connection. A stable internet connection is required to use our Kaia apps.
- Please make sure you have updated your Kaia app. This will ensure that you are using the most recent version.
- Try deleting and reinstalling your Kaia Health app. Don’t worry, your training progress will not be lost! Everything will be saved in the Kaia Health app. After reinstalling you will then log in again as an “existing user.” You can find out how the log-in works here.
