Setting up passkey on Samsung smartphones/ tablets

To use passkeys for authentication in Kaia Back Pain, make sure that passkeys are already enabled on your device.
Here’s how to set up passkeys with Samsung Pass:

Once Samsung Pass is set up and activated, you can create a passkey for Kaia Back Pain. After logging in with your email and password in the Kaia app, the passkey setup assistant should start automatically.
If an error message appears, close the Kaia app and restart your device.
